Our Graham likes to answer questions – infact he’d happily talk at you all day, bending your ears with technical gibberish given the chance!

So, we ask him and the team to explain technical questions in ‘layman’s language’.  After all, some of us are NOT current members of the IMI or have a PhD in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering from Harvard!

So if you have a particular issue or question you’d like to ask about your vehicle or our services, our highly skilled technicians have been specially trained to talk ‘English’ back at you, so please feel free to come in (or telephone) to describe your predicament, no matter how basic it might seem, and ‘hopefully’, you’ll get a clear, jargon free and concise answer, (unless of course it really is a silly question!)

Or if you prefer, and you can’t find the answer to your question below, you can opt to complete the simple form on our ‘Contact Us’ page and ‘submit’ your question to us that way. (If we receive your message during office times, we’ll aim to get back to you ‘within the hour’ or as soon as possible).

We don’t actually publish a price list of our services, because it depends on the service/repair you require and the type of vehicle. However, if you ask at reception and answer a few basic questions, our reception staff (Hayley, Robin or Sue) will be pleased to  give you an estimate on the service you require.

Rest assured, you’ll find our charges to be very competitive and we are confident we won’t be beaten on the quality of service provided!

Well that depends on circumstances! Yes, we have a fleet of courtesy cars and if we have a car available at your booked time of service, we may be able to offer you a car for the day (free of charge) so you can get on with your daily routine while we look after your vehicle. That is assuming, you are 25 yrs old or more, can produce your unblemished full driving licence and promise to return the vehicle at the allotted time in good condition, and having please replaced the amount of fuel you’ve used!

Well that depends where you’re starting from! We are on Farndon Road in Market Harborough, (sat nav: LE16 9NP). So if you were travelling out of the town centre towards Clipston or Naseby, you’ll find us just 1/4 mile past Welland Park and just before the brilliant ‘Farndon Fields Farm Shop’ on the right. For your convenience, we have limited parking spaces available on the forecourt.
