4. Warranty Policy

Roy Hubbard Motors products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year or 12.000 miles whichever comes first from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Within this period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to you for parts and/or labour, provided that you shall be responsible for any transportation charges.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished at our discretion. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not authorized by Roy Hubbard motors; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of Roy Hubbard Motors.

All Products remain the property of Roy Hubbard Motors until paid for.

5. Payment Policy

All invoices should be settled before leaving the premises unless otherwise stated before work starts.

Account applications must be made in advance of booking and in writting for approval and terms.

If account customers do not pay within 30 days of invoice a charge of 5% will be added to the invoice every month.

Vehicles should be check cosmetically for damage before leaving the premises and no belongings should be left in the vehicle.

All vehicles left outside unless requested to be garaged (and only when available) are left at the owners own risk and Roy Hubbard Motors do not accept liability for any loss or damaged caused to the vehicle.

When parts are supplied by the customer, there is no warranty given to the parts and all warranty and liability for loss and damage caused by these parts shall be at the customers own responsiblity and only workmanship (labour) shall be covered under the warranty terms.

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution legislation.

All businesses must be able to direct consumers to a CTSI Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider if they are unable to resolve a dispute.

If the dispute cannot be settled, we refer you to Motor Codes Ltd, a CTSI certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider that we are prepared to engage with through the ADR procedure. 7. Dashboard Cameras

Any recording device used in the reception or workshop should be switched off for the duration of time the customer or vehcile is in our possesion, any recorded audio or video is strictly the property of Roy Hubbard Motors and in the interest of data security must be erased. It should not be passed to social media or copied or passed on to any third party without permission from Roy Hubbard motors in writing.

CCTV is in operation and is only used for the prevention of crime and to protect our employees.
